UK Standard deliveries are dispatched by Second Class post or Yodel 48hr service for larger orders.
UK Express deliveries are dispatched by First Class Signed For Post / Recorded or Yodel Next Day.
Delivery Price & Times:
Starting UK Standard delivery charge is £1.99 and will arrive within 4-5 working days.
Starting UK Express delivery charge is £5.10 and will arrive within 2-3 working days.
These are variable with order weight.
Primary Stars deliveries by Star Advisors are around 7-14 days from the day your order is given to the Star Advisor. Please contact your Star Advisor regarding the delivery schedule of your order.
All prices including postage and packing include VAT except Secret Scholars which are zero-rated for VAT purposes.
| 3. RETURNS|
ZooBooKoo 14-Day Returns Guarantee:
Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or because of an error on our part. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days. For accepted returns you will be refunded the cost of the item together with the items normal postage cost within 30 days from cancellation. We cannot refund any Express delvery or giftwrap charges. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All Primary Star orders are contracts of sale between the Customer and the Star Advisor. All products to be returned relating to Primary Star orders placed through a Star Advisor must only be returned to the Star Advisor in the original condition as stipulated above within 14 days and the same guarantee as outlined above applies. The Star Advisor will arrange your refund.
Your Statutory Rights:
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us on 01473-735346 or email email@example.com. Return Postage Costs:
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. For your protection, we recommend that you use a Signed For / Recorded service.
All products to be returned relating to Primary Star orders placed through a Star Advisor must only be returned at your cost to the Star Advisor.

All payments are processed through the WorldPay secure card payment environment.
All Primary Star orders are paid directly to the Star Advisor as the contract of sale is between the Customer and the Star Advisor. These payments may be cash or card. Card payments will be processed through the the WorldPay secure card payment environment and all details pertaining to Customers' cards will be destroyed as soon as the order is processed.
