Pattern made by cord will match pattern on answer card if correct
Other pupil times their progress (use wall clock, sand timers or digital timers)
Record pupil progress in photocopiable chart (provided)
Tables improve as they try to beat their best time
Can also be used without timers - partner pupil can 'flip' and check
Useful starter / extender activity
